The colder temperatures and drier air can wreak havoc on your skin, causing dryness and irritation, but that doesn’t have to be the case! 1. Wash your face every morning

After a long night’s sleep, the first thing you should do is wash your face. Make sure you’re using a gentle cleanser and warm water. Use circular motions and make sure to scrub your neck, nose, and forehead area. Wash with cold water then wipe off with a towel. Wash your hands before you touch your face as bacteria from your hands can cause breakouts on the skin.

2. Hydrate a day

An easy way to keep your skin looking great is by drinking lots of water. Drinking eight glasses of water a day helps flush out toxins, keep your skin clear, and hydrate your skin.

3. Watch what you eat

It’s actually what they say, For getting healthy, the kind of food you eat is everything. What you put into your body has a huge impact on your health and skin. So if you want glowing skin this winter, make sure you’re eating the right foods.

4. Exercise regularly

It’s never too late to start a new fitness routine, and winter is the perfect time of year to do so.
